Today Gavin's class (all 4 first grade classes, actually!) went ice skating. I was so excited to be able to be a chaperone and be out on the ice with him. It was so fun! He started out clinging to the wall, and sure enough, he caught on quickly and was skating all the way around the rink without assistance.
As he says, "You just have to know how to fall."
