Man weekend.

My man went on a 'man backpacking trip' last weekend to Virginia. He came home with stories
of snow, wild ponies, roaring rivers, and cold feet. They had a blast and John snapped some great pics. . .

Hello pony.

Yup, that's my hubby!

What I wouldn't give to have a little of piece of this solitude.

Home, worn on your back.
My little men and I decided to do some camping ourselves, so we set up a tent in the living room, busted out the flashlights, and made hot dogs for supper.
Our tent was slightly larger. . .after all, it had to sleep 2 wild boys, a mommy, and a pug! The pug and mommy ended up on the couch around 4am, but the boys were hardcore and made it all night. And wanted to sleep in there the next night, too (nope, we didn't).

David's trip made all of us excited for warmer weather and family camping trips in the spring!
