We have been anxiously anticipating this day for a few months now...we closed on our new home! We are very grateful to our 'super realtor' Joan for getting us to the end of this rollercoaster, because there were certainly some moments we thought we were going to fall off!!!! Located just 15 minutes from our old place, we plan to transition slowly over there (...unless someone is dying to move into our house, like, next week. Then we could totally be out of here! Any offers?).
