workin' hard

Gavin had been wondering when our neighbor John might be moving the mulch pile that had been delivered to their house. . .and his prayers for mulch moving were answered yesterday afternoon when the tell-tale scraping of shovel to cement was heard from the playroom. It took him about 30 seconds to get his boots on and gather his tools.

Matching tanks apparently make the job easier. These two were a well-oiled machine.

Here is a garden update. . .green bean and cucumber sprouts have broken through the soil, and three neat rows of corn can be seen, if you look really hard at the bottom of the picture. We also got the stepping stones in, as you can see below.
