Last week David and I took a cooking class at our favorite French restaurant, Rue Cler. It was such a blast! It was wonderful being in their kitchen, learning how to prepare some of our favorite foods we have eaten there, and, the most magnifique part was the EATING. And enjoying the wine pairings with each course.
Sigh.
It was splendide.
