This is the face. . .

. . .of a boy who single-handedly knocked our 7 foot Christmas tree over tonight (second year in a row, might I add), thus breaking many ornaments and causing our tree to drop approximately 10,001 needles all over our floor. And this is also the face of the boy who threw his sippy cup across the table during supper tonight, causing an unfortunate chain of events that resulted in an entire glass of red wine toppling from the table, shattering on our kitchen floor and sending a spray of cab sav everywhere. This is also the face of a boy who is now asleep, giving the home and it's occupants a little bit of quiet until 6:45 am, when this little cherub will greet me with a sweet little "hi mommy" and our day will start fresh and anew. I hope.
