There is no way of sugar coating it. This weekend we had to say goodbye to our dear friends, John, Alison, Joshua, and Caleb. It was so hard. We love them and wish them safety during their travels and beyond. Our hearts are aching right now. Our kids don't know life without each other. They will return to the States in 3 years. I tried to explain this to Merritt in terms of years and his age, and he groaned, "Aw, it takes a long time to get older!" I hear you little man, I hear you.
