The graduate

Gavin graduated from kindergarten on Friday!

And the best part of all was that Grandma and Grandpa Bud got to come!!!

Daddy was there but somehow managed to avoid the camera, but - look! - a shot with mommy!

Gav made some great buddies this year! This fantastic foursome spent a lot of time together. . .

. . .so it was appropriate that they finished the year off with an impromptu game of kickball, courtesy of Grandma and Grandpa Bud!

While Gavin's wish was that he went to school every day of the week, we have hit the ground running this summer and anticipate having a first grader in the fall!
