Tonight I mentioned to David that I needed something to put in the frame where our Thanksgiving 'hand' turkeys were, now that the holidays were here. David mentioned that a simple peace sign would look nice. I agreed and grabbed a stack of felt and got to work on creating just that while David put the boys to bed. Because that sounded much more fun than cleaning the house for our neighborhood party tomorrow night, which is what I should have been doing. I love how it turned out...

below is what I made to start with. And stood there wondering why I felt like purchasing a luxury car instead of singing 'Give Peace a Chance'.
