May really is a great month in North Carolina. The temps are 70s-80s, everything is green and lush, and it is STRAWBERRY season!! Today the boys and I took Grandma Y and met our friends John and Alison and boys for some strawberry picking. Yum! I love how the strawberries smell in their little cardboard flat when we get home - just like jam, they are so sweet!
As usual, the boys left with red stains on their faces, but thankfully Farmer Mark doesn't mind!
